All orders are placed through our website using PayPal or Stripe as a payment gateway.  The information is kept secured by said third parties and we do not receive any of your credit card or bank account information apart from what is required for us to process your order.

Once we receive your payment, you will be notified via email of your invoice number and sent a copy of your receipt for your records.


Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. If there are any discrepancies we will notify you via the email you provided during the checkout process before proceeding.

Inventory is stated on each product page, if there is an inventory shortage or adjustment made after placing your order, we will notify you via the email which you provided during the checkout process.


    Our target shipping time for in stock orders is to ship within 1-2 business days.  If the items are not in stock, there will be a delay which is listed on each product page, as well as an ETA as to when to expect shipment.

    We ship using the method you select during checkout, and each item is insured. We are not liable for unexpected weather or other delays which the shipping companies experience. Additionally, any import taxes/duties associated with shipping to various countries are the responsibility of our customers’.

    Returns & Exchanges


    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment.

    We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt.  Any product you return must be in perfectly saleable condition in the original packaging. Made-to-order items are not returnable.

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process.

    We allow refunds on new, in-box items within 30 days of the date of receipt. Funds are refunded to the customer in the way in which they were sent.

    In the event of an incorrect item being delivered, or for a change in finish, we will exchange products at the shipping cost of the customer.

    Any product you exchange must be in the exact brand new condition you received it in and in the original packaging.  Made-to-order items are not exchangeable.
